50th Anniversary Celebration & Dinner

This year, in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Conference, we will host a special reception and dinner on Monday evening. The event will include a brief program honoring the rich history of both the Conference and the Association, while celebrating the individuals and milestones that have shaped the organization over the past 50 years. 

If you have a disability or dietary restriction, please call or email ahead to let us know how we may accommodate your needs.

Workers' Comp Academy

Workers' Comp Academy registrants will participate in the conference opening session, breaks and luncheon on Monday, and will not participate in the afternoon professional tracks of the Educational Conference or the 50th Anniversary Celebration events.

Registration for the Workers' Comp Academy closes September 17, 2026 at 5:00 pm and seating is limited. Onsite registration will not be available.

Registration Policies

• Full payment is due at the time of your registration submission.  Registrations received without full payment will not be processed.

• SCWCEA does not offer partial or daily registrations.

• Early registration ends September 17, 2026

• Individuals submitting registration payment as a current SCWCEA member who are not, will automatically be processed at the non-member rate.

 

Refund/Substitution Policy

Written requests for refunds of prepaid registration will be honored less a $75 administrative fee, if received by September 17, 2026.  No Shows and cancellations after this date will be charged the full amount of registration.

Substitutions will be permitted per original registrant.  The individual submitting the request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution to include member vs. non-member fees. Refund requests should be sent to alexa@scwcea.org. We will confirm receipt of your notification.

 

Continuing Education Credits

Applications for CEUs and CLEs have been submitted for both the Annual Educational Conference and the Workers' Comp Academy.  To check hours that have been awarded, click here.

Official Attendee Roster

The SCWCEA must receive your registration with full payment by October 2, 2026 to be included in the official registration roster.

Interested in Donating an item to the Kids' Chance Silent Auction?

The Annual Kids' Chance Silent Auction Reception is a must attend event! It will be held Sunday evening atthe Embassy Suites in Myrtle Beach.

Kids' Chance is now accepting donations for auction items. Donations will continue through  October 15th.
