A paid conference registration is required to secure a room at the hotel.
AFTER registering, you will receive a link to make your reservation. Hotel rooms will be matched
with each registrations. If you have not registered, you will be dropped from the room block.
Hotel accommodations at these rates are exclusively for registered SCWCEA Annual Meeting attendee.
An additional $20.00 will be added to the above suite rates per adult, per suite above double occupancy.
Rates include a complimentary buffet breakfast and complimentary evening reception (5:30-7:30 p.m. daily) per person, per day, based on single/double occupancy, unless children under 18 are accompanied by adult.
