The Annual Educational Conference on Workers' Compensation will be held October 19-21 at the beautiful Embassy Suites at Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC and we hope your plans to join us and connect with the many professionals attending. We feel confident that the SCWCEA Exhibit Hall will be a great opportunity for registrants and companies to connect and create relationships.
Our Exhibit Hall will be an in-person experience that will allow everyone to interact on the show floor
in a "business to workers' comp community" and "business to business" event. Leverage this
opportunity to get in front of your customers.

Booths are reserved on a first come, first-reserved basis

Exhibit fees must be paid in full with your agreement form to secure exhibit space

Two registrations are included with each paid booth

Booths will be 6 x 10 with pipe and drape

Skirted tables, two chairs, a waste basket. and an ID sign will be included

Standard electricity included if ordered by 9.15.2025

$1,300.00 - member booth (2 registrations included)
$1,500.00 - non member booth (2 registrations included)
$475.00 - additional booth representative
$125.00 - Passport Participant

All registered attendees will receive passports listing those vendors participating in the program. Attendees will be
required to visit the Passport Vendors to have their passports validated in order to be eligible for several door prizes
that will be drawn during the morning break on Tuesday. There is an additional $125.00 fee for vendors
to participate in this promotion.
