Pre-registration closes February 13.

Registration includes all educational sessions, seminar meals, exhibit hall access, and continuing education credits.

* Registration fees will increase after January 21 ate to include unpaid early registrants.

*2025 membership dues must be paid prior to registering to receive the discounted rate.     
 

Registration Policies

​

• Full payment is due at the time of your registration submission.  Registrations received without full payment will not be processed.

• SCWCEA does not offer partial or daily registrations.

• Early registration ends January 21 and fees will increase after that date.

• Individuals submitting registration payment as a current SCWCEA member and are not current will automatically be processed at the appropriate non-member rate.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

​

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SCWCEA by January 21.  Refund requests should be sent to alexa@scwcea.org or by fax to 803.407.3360. Refunds will be granted less at $50 administrative fee if received by 1/21/26.
