10/24/07 Two New Executive Orders Issued

South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford issued two Executive Orders: Executive Order 19 "Directing the Workers Compensation Commission Regarding Objective Standards- supplemental" and Executive Order 20 "Directing the Workers Compensation Commission Regarding Attorneys Fees".

Early reactions from throughout the Workers' Compensation community appears to be mixed and it is premature at this time for the Association to further educate its members regarding the effect or implementation of the Governor's Executive Orders.

9/21/07 Executive Order Signed by Governor
