Registration Policies
- Payment must accompany registration form. No registration will be processed without payment.
- SCWCEA offers no partial or daily registrations.
- Early registration will end January 27, 2012.
- Individuals who submit registration payment as a current SCWCEA member and are not, will be processed automatically at the appropriate non-member rate.
Cancellation Policy
If received in writing before February 3, 2012, SCWCEA will refund your registration less a $40 administrative charge. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.

Membership Information
2012 SCWCEA membership dues must be paid no later than
February 3, 2012 and in advance of all Medical Seminar registrations to receive the member conference rate. Click here to become a member.
Official Attendee Roster
The SCWCEA must receive your registration with full payment by February 17, 2012 to be listed in the pre-registration roster that will be available during the conference.
Special Needs
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the SCWCEA will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at its meetings. If you need assistance or have dietary restrictions, please indicate this on your registration form or call the SCWCEA office at 803.407.3360.
It's a Paperless Conference
SCWCEA will not provide session handouts at the 2012 Medical Seminar.
Attendees can access all session handouts submitted by the faculty on this website in advance, during and after the program.
You will be notified electronically when presentations are available and will be provided with a conference CD containing these materials in your registration packets. We can only provide you with those faculty presentations which are submitted in advance of this meeting. Please visit the website after the seminar for any additional faculty presentations.
We recommend that you bring your laptops with you or download and print copies of the presentations before arriving at the conference. |
