Exhibitor Information
We invite your participation as an exhibitor. Exhibitors are invited to attend all scheduled events and posted meal functions including the breakfasts onMonday and Tuesday. We have structured the exhibit hall hours to allow you to participate. An Exhibitors' Reception will be held within the exhibit areas and will include heavy hors dourves and beverages on both Sunday and Monday evenings. This event will provide you with key networking opportunities.
The SCWCEA offers discounted rates for exhibitors who are members of the association. If you would like to join to take advantage of this savings throughout the year, you may do so by returning the membership application with your contract.
You must be a paid member by February 3, 2012, in order to qualify for the Member Exhibitor rate.

Exhibitor fees include:
- one (1) conference registration
- one six foot skirted and draped table
- two chairs
- one waste basket
- electricity (standard 110v if ordered by February 10, 2012).
Exhibitors utilizing electricity are to provide their own power strips and extension cords.
Additional representatives attending this meeting will be required to pay a $200.00 registration fee.
All booths will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No booth will be confirmed unless the attached contract is executed and received in this office with payment. No cancellations or refunds will be made after February 3, 2012.
Once the Exhibitor Space Contract and payment have been received, SCWCEA will mail or email a confirmation. Booth assignments will be provided mid-February. The times scheduled for exhibit set-up, viewing and tear-down are listed on the enclosed Exhibit Space Contract. Exhibitors must adhere to these hours—no early dismantling will be permitted.
Exhibitors providing door prize drawings are asked to post winners on the conference bulletin board. SCWCEA will not be responsible for shipping or mailing door prizes to winners.
Special Passport Promotion for 9 Exhibitors
You won’t want to miss this chance to reach your target audience during the 33rd Annual Medical Seminar on Workers’ Compensation in Charleston, SC. Nine(9) exhibitors will be featured on a special Passport distributed to all attendees. Participants will be required to visit each of the 9 booths to be eligible to win an IPad2.
Prizes will be drawn and distributed on Monday, February 27th during the evening reception in the exhibit hall and recipients must be present to win.

Vendors will be required to purchase exhibit space during this seminar in order to participate in this promotion.
