Exhibitor Information
We invite your participation as an exhibitor. The main exhibit area is adjacent to the meeting and pre-function areas in the Atlantic Ballroom. As a part of our ongoing effort to provide you with the best possible marketing opportunities, we have added a designated meeting area within the exhibit hall to allow you to utilize for important discussions with clients or potential clients. Exhibitors are invited to attend all scheduled events and posted meal functions including the luncheon on Monday as well as Tuesday’s Breakfast with the Commissioners. We have structured the exhibit hall hours to allow you to participate. Sunday evening’s Exhibitor’s Reception will be held from 6 pm – 7 pm inside the exhibit hall and will include heavy hors dourves and beverages. This event will provide you with key networking opportunities.
The SCWCEA offers discounted rates for exhibitors who are members of the association. If you would like to join to take advantage of this savings throughout the year, you may do so by returning the membership application with your contract.
