Registration Policies

  • Payment must accompany registration form. No registration will be processed without full payment.
  • SCWCEA offers no partial or daily registrations.
  • Early registration will end September 15, 2010.
  • Registrations received by fax or mail after October 1, 2010 will be processed onsite and may result in a delay in receiving conference credentials onsite.
  • Individuals who submit registration payment as a current SCWCEA member and are not, will be processed automatically at the appropriate non member rate.

    Cancellation Policy

    If received in writing before September 30. 2010, SCWCEA will refund your meeting registration, less a $50 administrative charge. Refunds will not be made after September 30 for any registrations, no-shows or optional activities.

    Cancellation requests should be sent to scwcea@bellsouth.net or by fax to 803.407.3361. We will confirm receipt of your notification.

Membership Information

2010 SCWCEA membership dues must be current by July 17, 2010 in order to receive the member conference rate. To become a member of the SCWCEA, you may download a printable and mailable application here.

Official Attendee Roster

The SCWCEA must receive your registration with full payment by September 30, 2010 to be listed in the official pre-registration roster that will be available during the conference.

Special Needs

In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the SCWCEA will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at its meetings. If you need assistance or have dietary restrictions, please indicate this on your registration form or call the SCWCEA office at 803.407.3360.

It's a Paperless Conference

SCWCEA will not provide session handouts at the conference. Attendees can access all session handouts submitted by the faculty on this website in advance, during and after the program. You will be provided a CD with these materials on site.

We recommend that you bring your laptops with you or download and print copies of the presentations before arriving at the conference.
