During the 34th Annual Educational Conference on Workers’ Compensation in Myrtle Beach, SC, twenty (20) exhibitors will be featured on a special bingo card distributed to all attendees. Participants will be required to visit each of the 20 booths to be eligible to win the following:

Second Place - $500 cash (prepaid American Express Cards)

Prizes will be drawn and distributed on Wednesday, October 20th during the morning break in the exhibit hall and recipients must be present to win.

Exhibitors participating in this special marketing opportunity will be allowed to pre-select their booth locations in advance of other exhibitors and must submit full payment of $100 along with this form to be included. These spaces will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. To be one of the twenty, complete the information below and submit to the SCWCEA. Don’t delay, these spaces will sell fast.
